Welcome, Virginia Paraeducators/Professionals
The Virginia Department of Education is offering the first 5,000 paraeducators in Virginia a free membership with the Council for Exceptional Children. This offer includes access to information specifically for paraeducators, such as:
- Free registration to CEC’s High Leverage Practices for Paraeducators program;
- Free registration to the CEC 2024 Convention & Expo (virtual and in-person);
- Enrollment in online community of paraeducators dedicated to collaboration;
- Access to on-demand learning opportunities to help broaden their knowledge;
- Subscription to journals to help support current practices and trends, and much more.
